Successful strategies – OCTIM nowadays: The OCTIM board of directors decided to focus on development, which resulted in investing all of the company’s profit: a new vinegar armature was bought, the old boiler was changed to a gas one, the rooms were renovated and a new mustard production line, along with a new vinegar bottling plant, were installed. These actions led to the modernization of the organization and technology of production.
