Nordic Salad
based on raspberry vinegar

Nordic Salad

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

 

- a lettuce head

- 4-5 boiled potatoes

- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive, salt, pepper
- 3-4 pickled cucumbers
- 1 violet onion and 2 cloves of garlic

- thinly cut slices of smoked salmon or herring

Preparation:


Preparation:
Cook 4-5 potatoes adding to the water 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive, salt, pepper and cook over low heat.
Cut the potatoes into halves
Cut 300 grams of picked cucumbers
Cut into slices 1 violet onion and 2 cloves of garlic
Put everything onto prepared before lettuce leaves
At the end put thinly cut slices of smoked herring
Add dressing and stir

 

 

A receipt for mustard dressing:
1 teaspoon of mustard dilute with 4 spoons of raspberry vinegar, add 5 spoons extra virgin olive and 3 spoons of fresh cream, salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, rosemary, thyme.
