Octim has long specialised in vinegar production. We rely on traditional methods and recipes from Warmia and Masuria. Additionally, we reach our for new technologies in keeping with market requirements.
This is why spirit vinegar is still partly produced in traditional larch vat, which enriches it with a characteristic flavour. For our vinegars we use top-quality raw materials – such as apples, spirit and Polish honey. Among the product range, apple cider vinegar deserves a special mention – it is only produced from Polish apples, without preservatives, in the process of natural apple wine fermentation. Our range of vinegars includes apple, balsamic, spirit, malt, white and red wine ones, ecological cider and ecological apple cider vinegars.
